Concrete Batch Plants
The Erie-Strayer MG-12CP mobile gravity central mix batch plant is capable of producing more than 300 cubic yards of concrete per hour. IPC crews prepared the 3-acre plant site for 3 weeks prior to its delivery to Sanford in November 2013. This plant is currently servicing all 3 projects contracted at the Orlando-Sanford International Airport and will continue to provide as a primary resource for future projects within the region.
Our second portable concrete batch plant, the Erie-Strayer MG-11C mobile gravity central mix batch plant was purchased in December 2013 and is currently servicing IPC's growing North and South Carolina regions. Having the needed production flexibility and convenience of an on-site plant has proven to be a valuable resource for our projects.

IPC currently operates three types of slip-form concrete' pavers, 4-track GOMACO GHP-2800, 2-track GOMACO GHP-2800, and 2-track GOMACO GP-2400. All of IPC's concrete pavers are capable of being equipped with GPS technology, which allows us to utilize string-less paving operations, providing minimal tolerances and a superior finish.

IPC operates single, double, and triple drilling machines manufactured by EZ-Drill and Munnich. These drills allow us to simultaneously drill holes for dowel placement in concrete slabs, easily with increased productivity.
